| Shipping your book ordered
through this website will not be charged to you. Free shipping includes
shipping via the US Postal Mail Service using the Post Office book's
rate. Free shipping the book includes shipment to you within 24 to 48
hours from the date of your order on the internet. It will take
between 3 to 5 days to reach you from the date shipped depending on your
location.
If you wish to receive your book sooner, within 2 to 3 days from the date shipped, you will be charged for US Post Office Priority Express in the amount of $4.45 at the time of the books delivery. Please email sruffalo@wi.rr.com, immediately after you have ordered your book and wish to request US Post Office priority express delivery.
